For food trucks, coffee vans and mobile vendors
Park it. Store it. Prep it.
A home base for your food truck. SnackYard connects food trucks, coffee vans and mobile vendors with landlords who have spare hardstand, yards and car parks. Vendors find somewhere to keep the truck between services. Landlords list free and deal with vendors directly.
Now launching in NSW and Victoria. Free for landlords and vendors during launch.
For landlords
Empty space earns you nothing
You're paying rates, insurance and upkeep on that space every week, whether it's used or not. List it free and let one food truck, coffee van or trailer pay you to keep their vehicle there.
What could your space earn?
For food trucks, coffee vans and trailers
Stop chasing somewhere to park
Parking at home, on the street or at a depot across town costs you time and money. Neighbours complain, council notices turn up, and the drive eats into your day. Find a base near where you trade, and spend your time selling instead of searching.

Questions
Good to know
Does it cost anything?
Not during launch. After launch, landlords can keep listing free or choose an optional Featured or Portfolio plan. You won't be charged unless you choose one.
Who do I sign the agreement with?
The landlord and the vendor agree terms and sign directly with each other. SnackYard isn't a party to the agreement and doesn't act as agent for either side. Get your own advice on the agreement that suits your site.
Does SnackYard take the rent or a deposit?
No. Vendors pay the landlord directly, in whatever way the two of you agree.
Who chooses which vendor uses a space?
The landlord, every time. SnackYard passes on enquiries. The landlord decides who to talk to, inspect with and agree terms with.
Do vendors need council or food approvals?
Vendors are responsible for their own food business registration, insurance and any council approvals for how they use a site. Landlords should check what their zoning and any lease or strata rules allow before listing.
Where are you operating?
We're launching across NSW and Victoria. You can still register from other states, and we'll be in touch as listings grow there.
Rather we did it for you?
